Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) is one of computer students' competencies to have. However, students in computers at the University Technology Mataram have always had more than 50% their grades below B last three years. Based on analysis, literature review, and existing problems, research was carried out by developing a blended learning model adopting lab rotation improve student outcomes OOP courses. The supported materials with facilities form modules (equipped practice questions, pre-tests, post-tests), video tutorials, for discussion collaboration, material presentation slides. method used Research Development (R&D) implementing an that combines two development models, namely Borg & Gall Model Dick Carey Model, whose overall steps are called Step System Approach Educational Development. feasibility test through expert validity tests. application this lab-rotation-based effectively improved This shown product effectiveness test, where average value post-test reached 80.40, number declared complete achieving minimum standard set 85%. increase course quite significant, reaching pre-test value, only 57.20, 35%.
